State the Wien's displacement law? (2021-22)
Wien’s displacement law, also known as Wien’s law, describes the relationship between the wavelength of thermal radiation and the temperature at which a blackbody emits the radiation.
According to this law, the temperature is inversely proportional to the wavelength at which the radiation has maximum intensity.
The law was originally formulated by Wilhelm Wien in 1893.
